Cancellation conditions

Cancellation by the tenant must always be done in writing (by post or by e-mail). The following conditions apply:

You must pay 30% of the rental amount including deposit within 2 days after the invoice date. At that time, the reservation is guaranteed.

The remaining invoice amount of 70% must be paid two weeks before the arrival date.

The deposit of 30% will not be returned in case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival, the remaining payment of 70% will be forfeited.

In case of cancellation after the remaining amount has been transferred, it will not be returned.

and you owe the full rental amount, except for the tourist tax and the deposit.

If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount will be owed.

In case of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
